In order for the Personal Data Protection Area to meet your request to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO); revoke the consent and \/ or limit the use or disclosure of personal data, you must submit\u00a0 the corresponding request, which must be duly requisitioned and must be accompanied by a simple copy of any of the official identifications described in the application itself.<\/p>\n

Thereupon, the Personal Data Protection Area will proceed to examine the request, and in the event that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, or, lacks the document proving the personality of the applicant or his legal representative, may require within five working days, the information or documents necessary to process his request. The applicant or his\/her legal representative will have ten working days to amend the request, in intelligence that, if amended, the application will be deemed not to be filed.<\/p>\n

Once the application has been entered, the Personal Data Protection Area shall communicate to the applicant via e-mail, the resolution made no later than twenty working days from the date the request was received, so that, if the request is accepted, it will be effective within fifteen working days from the date on which the response was notified.<\/p>\n

VII.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of personal data.<\/strong><\/p>\n
